HOW DO I PAY FOR YOUR SERVICES?

Payment is due at time of service. You may pay by cash, personal check or accepted credit cards. If you aren't home during our first visit, we will ask you for the full estimated amount. We will refund the difference or apply it to our next visit, as you prefer. On regularly scheduled visits, we ask you to leave payment on the kitchen countertop. If you prefer to pay by credit card, we will handle that process from our office.

ARE YOU INSURED AND BONDED?
A.
Our insurance is the best available. We're also bonded. If you'd like, we will send you a certificate validating our insurance.

MUST I BE AT HOME WHEN YOU CLEAN?
A.
It's your choice. Many of Wasatch House Cleaning customers prefer to give us a key. Others leave us a key in a safe place each visit. Alarm systems can either be left off or you can give us entry/exit codes. By far, the most efficient and problem-free way for everyone is for you to give us a key and alarm codes.

HOW DO YOU PROTECT MY KEYS?
A.
Your key is secured in a locked key storage device to which only Wasatch House Cleaning managers have access. The key is issued to the staff manager on the day of your clean. The staff manager returns the key at the end of the day and management returns it to the secured container. In the unlikely event your key is lost, we're even insured for key replacement and re-keying your locks.

Yes you will always have the same team, baring special circumstances.

DO I NEED TO PROVIDE MY OWN CLEANING PRODUCTS?

Wasatch House Cleaning will always arrive at your home with our own cleaning products and equipment. All of our products are environmentally-friendly and are safe for small children and pets.
